I bought an adult sized pair for myself and a kids pair for my 8 year old son who struggles a lot with noise. He gets overstimulated very easily, especially in loud or crowded environments. They have no effect for me whatsoever but admittedly I do not have an issue with most sounds, so I’m not sure what I expected. Anyway, I’ve noticed a huge difference in my kid when he comes home from school over the last few weeks. He has way more patience with his little sister and overall seems happier after wearing these all day. One day he forgot to wear them, and I knew right away. 2 meltdowns on the 10 minute drive home from school. I bought a backup pair that same day. He says they help a lot by blocking out annoying extra sounds and helping focus the main sound he’s trying to hear. He can’t explain it, but they “just really help.” Since mine didn’t make a difference for me, I gave my pair to my sister who has similar issues as my son and she has tried many other earplugs in the past. Mostly I just was curious if they actually work or if it was just a placebo that would wear off in a few weeks. She says they’re magic. I’m well within the trial window and could’ve returned them, but I won’t since she likes them so much.

These really work!

Daughter wasn't sure when she first put them in but as directed takes a little time. Wears at school and helps by changing the sound so it's not too abrasive for her. Brilliant.
