Disappointed

I have purchased from flare audio in the past and have been pleased with the product, however, I am deeply disappointed with this product. It's cheap and doesn't do what it is supposed to do. The very 1st time I used it, the clear plastic leg snapped. And the ear plugs are too small and ineffectual. A complete waste of money.
