I'm not going to lie, the single clear sleep was an impulse buy I added to get free shipping. As I already own the double sided clear sleeeps which I absolutely love. While these are a little more fiddly to fit, due to my large fingers and the lightness and small size of the single sleeeps. They work just as good. The double sided though has a nice warm/calming effect where the soft tip lays on the flat of the ear. I find I'm using the single for quick naps and the double for a full nights sleep. I've always struggled with sleep but noticed with these in, when I do fall asleep I'm staying asleep for much longer.

I’ve used flare for many years. Recently purchased new pair which differ slightly to the earlier model. Only issue I’ve had with new ones is that the tips have come off in my ears a couple of times - never had that problem with older model. I guess why fix what’s not broken?? All in all though they do what they say and they block out all noise
